Aimerla Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Your order leaves our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time is 2–6 business days after dispatch.
  • Every order ships with a tracking number, so you can follow your kneeler all the way to your door.
  • The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — all duties, customs, and fees are already included. Nothing extra to worry about later.
  • Discounted items are final sale.

2. If Your Order Is Running Late
If a US order has been on its way for more than 10 business days and still hasn't arrived, just email us at support@aimerlallc.com and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

3. Damaged, Wrong, or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing a part, let us know within 15 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange or refund right away.

A few things we're unable to cover:

  • Lost parcels or redelivery fees caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout
  • Shipping delays outside our control
  • Orders we can't fulfill due to inventory or dispatch issues
  • Orders held or delayed in customs (any customs fees are the customer's responsibility)
  • Items left outside at your request that later go missing

4. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as "Delivered" but it hasn't reached you, please allow 3–5 business days — parcels often turn up within that time. It's also worth checking with a neighbor in case it was left with them. For delivery details, your local post office is usually more helpful than the carrier hotline, since they handle the parcel after handoff. If they can't help, reach out to us and we'll do everything we can to support you.

We're unable to take responsibility for packages where there is GPS or photo evidence of delivery to your address, a neighbor, or a secure location.

5. Packages Returned to Us
If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected from your home or post office, just email us at support@aimerlallc.com and we'll help arrange reshipment or another resolution.

6. Returns
Changed your mind? You can return your kneeler within 99 days of receiving it. Just reach out to us and we'll walk you through the process.

7. Lifetime Warranty
Aimerla is a small family business, and we stand behind every kneeler we make. If a part ever breaks or wears out, we'll send you a replacement part — for the life of your kneeler, anytime you need it. Just email us with your order details and we'll take care of it.
